After World War II, the desire to restart and rebuild the Italian industry is high in the Country and certainly also in the heart and mind of entrepreneurs like Clemente Bausano.
A success story
1946: Clemente Bausano sets up in Rivarolo Canavese, a small town 30 km away from Turin, theCostruzioni Meccaniche Clemente Bausano. After World War II, the desire to restart and rebuild the Italian industry is high in the Country and certainly also in the heart and mind of Clemente Bausano. Thus the first Bausano extruder is born, the TR model, with two penetrating and counter-rotating screws, a typical feature of all the extruders to come: the purpose is to produce extrusion lines for plastics.
In the years that follow the factory grows and changes its name, becoming Bausano & Figli S.p.A.with the first steps into the company of the sons of Clemente: Eraldo and Livio Bausano.
Many goals and satisfactions will follow, among all the others the revolutionary patentedMULTIDRIVE system, still, to this day, flagship of Bausano technology.
In the 90’s is established the Bausano do Brasil in Brazil and recently the Rajoo Bausano in India to serve and support those fast growing countries.
We are proud to be one of the most successful 
plastics extrusion companies,present and well known all around the world but even more proud to carry on a family-owned company. Alongside Eraldo Bausano, there are his son Clemente and his nephews Giovanni and Valentina, who are managing with pride, satisfaction and dedication the activity started by their grandfather Clemente.
